오늘 배워볼 조림은 갈치조림 입니다. 


  • 기본재료

    2~3인분
    • 갈치
      1마리(5토막)
    • 감자
      2개(중간 크기)
    • 양파
      1개
    • 대파
      1대
    • 홍고추.청양고추
      1개씩
    • 다시마육수
      1½컵

  • 갈치 밑간

    • 청주
      1큰술
    • 소금
      한 꼬집

  • 조림 양념

    • 간장
      4큰술
    • 고춧가루
      3큰술
    • 맛술
      2큰술
    • 다진 마늘
      1큰술
    • 생강즙
      1큰술
    • 설탕
      1큰술
    • 후추
      약간
  • 1. 갈치는 내장을 제거하고 깨끗이 씻어 밑간 재료에 10분간 재워주세요. 감자는 1cm 두께로 썰고 양파는 굵게 채 썰어주세요. 대파, 고추는 어슷하게 썰어줍니다.

  • 2. 냄비에 양파-감자-갈치 순으로 넣은 후 조림 양념 재료와 다시마육수를 붓고 뚜껑을 연 채로 센 불에서 10~15분간 끓입니다.

  • 3. 감자가 다 익으면 중간불로 줄이고 대파, 고추를 넣고 1~2분간 더 끓여주세요.

  • 4. 그릇에 먹기 좋기 내어 마무리 해줍니다.
